What’s in it? Just strawberry jam, marshmallow fluff, and peanut butter! (I like chunky, for texture). It's the simplest thing, but very good. instead of Fluff, try bananas too! (or try all four. Can't go wrong with apeanut butter and jelly! Ask Elvis. He liked bacon on his PBnJ… :])

What should we know? It's really filling, but super easy and super satisfying (AND SUPER SWEET!)

155. Double-decker ham and jam

What’s in it? My mom used to make us sandwiches when we were little that consisted of finely crumbled egg and thin strips of lightly-salted cucumber on one level, and then regular sandwich ham (avoid honey or sugar hams), sometimes cheese and always a thin layer of homemade strawberry jam. It sounds weird, but it was delicious and special.

159. Jamie's Microwaved Egg Sandwich

What’s in it? Egg, ketchup and HP sauce. Salt & pepper to taste if required.

What should we know? A big thanks to Jamie Hughes for creating the best egg sandwich ever. Beat the egg in a microwaveable bowl, and add salt and pepper to taste. Cook in the microwave for 1 minute +/- 10 seconds depending on the size of the egg and how runny or not you like it. While it's cooking, take two slices of bread (thick chunky doorstops are the best), spread tomato ketchup on one slice and HP sauce on the other. When the egg is cooked, scrape it out of the bowl with a knife (preferably in one piece), place it lovingly between the two slices of bread and enjoy!

Bread Type? White (toasted)
